She graduated from the University of Vlora (Albania) in 2008, majoring in Italian Language for teaching and translation. After four years of teaching, she embraced a life-changing opportunity: moving to the USA in 2012 to continue her journey in hairstyling.
Her passion and dedication led her to obtain a second beauty license in the USA from Empire Beauty School in Boston—a dual qualification reflecting her commitment to growth and exceptional service.

From toning to Balayage, Ersida has honed her skills through rigorous training. Every brushstroke reflects her pursuit of perfection. Beyond hair, she is a Certified Makeup Artist, creating enchantment for brides and special occasions alike.
Ersida also specializes in straightening systems, including Keratin Straightening and Brazilian Blowout, delivering months of sleek, humidity-resistant hair. She embraces timeless techniques such as the old-fashioned Perm, weaving curls without compromising hair integrity.

Born in Berat, Albania—an ancient city known as “The City of a Thousand Windows”—Eugena grew up surrounded by history, structure, and timeless beauty. Perhaps that is where her appreciation for detail first began.
From 2004 to 2008, she studied Language Arts, later dedicating 12 meaningful years as a high school literature teacher. In the classroom, she shaped minds with patience, discipline, and encouragement.
But artistry had always whispered to her heart.
In 2022, she moved to America with her husband and two children, courageously embracing a new beginning. And in 2025, she followed a lifelong passion—enrolling at Empire Beauty School in Malden, Massachusetts, where her love for hairstyling became a profession.
Eugena joined Philips Salon in August, bringing with her not only technical training but a deep sense of dedication and maturity.
She works beautifully with highlights, approaching every strand with patience and precision. Her toning and color-matching skills reflect her eye for harmony and balance. She is especially drawn to the latest trends in hair coloring and fashion-forward looks, continuously refining her techniques through advanced classes and ongoing education.
